It goes without saying it's always easy to complain and difficult to compliment. But you and your staff are most deserving. You have a strong committment to customer service. You kept your scheduled appointment with us. You came when you said you would to do the job. You did the job removing a large Oak Tree and a rotted Palm Tree. When you left there was no evidence. I do not know what your employee selection criteria is, but do not change! USA crew recently arrived at my home, on time, and performed a highly professional, thorough, orderly and neat service - far exveeding what we in Flofida accept as 'the norm'.
Two items of particular note: (1) my pineapple Palm never looked better and; (2) the lawn and area overall was free of all debris.
